3. Water tank: The water tank is equipped with automatic water level control valve. When the water level in the water tank is insufficient, the switch will automatically replenish the water source; when the water level reaches a certain height, the control valve will automatically close and stop the water supply.

2. Pump installation: Firstly, fix the pump to the bracket with screws, wait for the wires to be connected, cover the water pump with the shelter, and fix it on the bracket with screws. After the water pump connector is wound around the raw ribbon, the water pipe is fastened to the water pump connector with a screw. The other end of the pump and pipe joints also needs to be tied with a raw ribbon and connected to the pipe.
3. The intelligent controller has a good waterproof setting and can be fixed only on the enclosure. The internal connection of the controller is complete, just connect the power cord, the remote control device line, the water level warning line, and the pump power line.
4. Connect the various controllers to each other and put them into operation.

Seven, installation precautions

1. Pump: A. Fill the pump with water before starting!
B. Open the water outlet valve first when starting to reduce the starting load of the motor and avoid burning the motor!
2. Controller: A. Fix the controller, fix it on the wall, open the junction box, and connect the power supply and pump according to the label!
B. According to the requirements, follow the diagram on the instruction manual to connect the line. When wiring, pay attention to the probe wire can not be short-circuited, can not lie on the pool wall; when extending the signal line (recommended to extend the cross-sectional area of the signal line is not more than 0.75mm²), please complete the package with waterproof tape!

Eight, use precautions

1. Starting up: After connecting all the lines, close the air switch, press the start button after selecting the working mode, the pump will start. Please pay attention to prevent electric shock!
2. The controller selects three working modes: automatic, manual and remote: A. In the automatic mode, if the start button is not pressed, the automatic mode light will flash and the controller will not run automatically. Only when the start button is pressed and the auto mode light is on, the controller can run automatically. B. Press the start or stop button in manual mode, the controller will start and stop the motor. In the manual mode, this control only protects against overload and phase loss, and is not controlled by water level or pressure, is not protected by no load.
3. Phase loss protection: If any phase of the load three-phase power supply is suddenly phased, the protector will cut off the pump power supply within 3 seconds.
4. Ultra-low voltage protection: When the grid voltage is lower than 300V, the controller will cut off the pump power supply within 20 seconds. The phenomenon is that the voltage and current meters display the same value, and the lack of phase indicator lights.
5. Overload protection: The controller has anti-time limit overload protection characteristics, that is, the more the overload current exceeds the set value, the faster the overload action protection speed.

Nine, disassembly considerations

1. When needs transitions to use, please disassemble the pipe and note that each interface cannot be forcibly pulled open, otherwise the pipe will be damaged and the interface will be broken!
2. The line removal of the intelligent controller should be careful, otherwise the line will be confused and cannot be used again. Please take care when moving the control box, don't throw it!
